Mass Intentions and Prayer Requests
MASS INTENTION REQUEST:

People may request a Mass Intention for a person, living or deceased, joining yourself to the sacrifice of the Holy Mass with a donation. The standard offering is $10.

​​​​​​​​​​​Mass Intentions may be requested even if you are unable to make a donation. Your intention will be offered by the priests serving at El Santuario de Chimayó and Holy Family Parish — though please note that it will not appear in the published Book of Mass Intentions maintained by the parish office.

​In your request, include:

Name and last name of the person for whom you offer the sacrifice of the Holy Mass

If the person is living or deceased

Your name, last name, and contact information

State your intention, for instance: for the health and well-being of ..., or for the recovery of..., or for emotional and spiritual growth, or for peace and unity within the family

Santuario Office will schedule your Mass Intention. You'll receive a Thanksgiving Postcard with the receipt of your donation. If you have a specific date in mind, make sure that you provide your request quite in advance.

Prayer Request
When we receive a Prayer Request we enter the person’s name on a Prayer List Book or on the Prayer Tree at El Santuario where silent prayers are offered for the individuals. Send your Prayer Request to holychimayo@gmail.com.

You may also send a picture of the person for whom you want us to pray for. The picture will be placed on the walls of the Prayer Areas.

The Prayer Request is free although we are happy to accept donations. If you choose to make a donation please send a check or money order payable to "El Santuario de Chimayó" and mail to:
