A key book to discover how a little private chapel became the Shrine of Chimayo.
Father Casimiro Roca says that one day the archbishop of Santa Fe told him: "I have a little church for you because you are little." When Father Roca saw the church of Chimayo for the first time, he thought, "This is my place indeed," and he smiled like a child because the archbishop had once again been right.
This book is based on the New Mexico portion of Fr. Roca’s memoirs, originally published in Spanish in 1996 as "Mi Album de Memorias".
